- Quote your order number and checkout email.
- Follow any instructions for returning unused bottles.
- The refund posts to your original payment method within the stated processing days.
The Fine Print, Plainly
- The clock starts on your order date — not delivery. Calendar day 45 as your decision checkpoint.
- Where a shipping fee was charged, it may sit outside the refund.
- Marketplace purchases are unauthorized and entirely outside this guarantee — the deepest reason for official-only buying.
